Only the organisers of a project can issue or re-issue Youthpass certificates for the participants of their projects. SALTO T&C RC does not store certificates centrally and cannot issue/re-issue them.
If you cannot find back your Youthpass certificate, please contact your organisation and inform them that you would like to receive a new copy of the certificate. Your organisation may still have access to the data and the Youthpass certificates created for your project. However, please consider that chances of finding back the organisation - and thus, the Youthpass-related data - decrease if many years have passed since your project.
If you receive no answer from your organisation within 14 days, please contact our helpdesk at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can try to contact the organisation on your behalf as well.
