What to do if the link to work on my Youthpass is not active anymore?

If the link is not active anymore, please contact your organisation. You would receive a new link and have again an access to your Youthpass. Only the project organisers or appointed by them editors can send you a new link.

If you don't receive any answer within 14 days, pelase contact our Youthpass Helpdesk and we will try as well to contact your organisation on your behalf.
