What to do if the link to work on my Youthpass is not active anymore?

If the link is not active anymore, it could be that you have already submitted your changes or the organisation may have withdrawn the invitation link. You can contact your organisation and ask for a new invitation to edit.
They can send you a new invitation to work on your Youthpass through their Youthpass account. With this invitation, you can continue working on your Youthpass.

If you don't receive any answer within 14 days after contacting your organisation, you can write to our helpdesk at youthpass@salto-youth.net and we can try to contact the organisation on your behalf as well.
