I created a Youthpass account by mistake, can I delete it?

If you created an account by mistake, please let us know by sending an email to youthpass@salto-youth.net

When you write to us, please also specify which email address you used to create the account so that we can delete it from our database.

In principle, participants do not need to create a Youthpass account. The accounts are created by the organisers. Organisers can invite the participants to edit their data for the certificates. This invitation sends a direct link to access the participant form and can be used by the participant without a Youthpass account.
