A note on the previous two calls for the Youthpass Reflection Tool (published in October 2023):
Following a communication from the European Commission, we were required to cancel the procurement processes for the Youthpass Reflection Tool (including the call for a software company and call for a team of experts). This decision is driven by changes in project requirements and the need for a reevaluation of our approach. In particular the short deadline for the call and the limited time offered for the delivery of the outputs required reevaluation of our approach. While we regret any inconvenience caused, we want to keep you informed of our future plans. We will be initiating a new European-wide procurement process for framework contracts, including the call for the Youthpass Reflection Tool in 2024. This decision aligns with our commitment to ensuring a fair and transparent process.
